Trying to figure out if my car can run on regular gas.?

I read in an article recently that many cars that are suggested to run on premium gas don't have to. I'm trying to figure out if my 1993 Mercedes 300e can run on regular, but haven't a clue where to figure this out. Either a definite answer, or simply a point in the right direction would be much appreciated!

Missing my period...?

I was an exercise bulimic and then anorexic for about 9 months last year. I have since stopped cardio almost entirely and I've gained all the weight back but I've only had one light period that lasted one day (the day before my birthday, thanks!) Just wondering when it might resume normally. My OBGYN did every hormone test out there and it's all normal. She put me on progesterone but I stopped after two cycles because of the depression. Now I'm on Lo-lo-estrin...
