I purged 2 times today..I suffer from anorexia and bulimic tendencies...I just had a piece of toast, 2 bowls of cereal, orange juice and 4 tbsp of peanut butter..I threw that up..And I'm planning on not going to bed because I ate this late and I'm going to make sure I burn those extra calories I had..my question is how do I go back to my healthy eating? I uses to do soo good and now I'm finding myself back into my old routine...I need a boost!!
