Chest pains? bulimic? Purged?

I have had eating problems a while now, at my last doctors visit he told me ihad bulemirexic? ( im bulimic because i opurge, but not eating very much hence anorexic?) . Anyway. I have chest pains. Iv felt sick for past two days, had stomach pains earlier, now when my heart beats, its like little pains in my heart in rythm with beating? is this serious? will it be ok ? Its been like this for aover an hour, i purged 5 little ckaes that i ate, now my left side hurts and my chest is hurting also. I dunno what this is.
