Does this mean I'm bulimic?

yesterday I was eating lunch at a restraunt and had to go to the bathroom. I got in there and before I knew it I had my finger down me throat. iv tryed to make myself puke before but iv never been able to so I gave up on it. this time I actually puked. I didn't even realize what I was doing but then it was over and I cleaned up and went right back out to lunch and finished my food. does this mean I'm bulimic?
