Bulimia and sores on my hands :(?

I've been bulimic for a little over 2 years, i'm getting treatment for it, but am still on a long journey to recovery. Sorry if this is TMI..but from so many times of sticking my fingers down my throat and aggressivley forcing it, ive gotten a callus on the outside of my hand, like on my knuckle. And its slowly turning into something that looks like a wart. I don't know if its something that be taken care of, because it has blood in it? I went to the doctors to see if she could freeze it off, but she wasn't able to. She said she could have it removed by dermatology, but i'm just not sure if theres some way i could get rid of it without surgery. It won't go away from me not irritating it aka purging, because again, it has blood flow and it just won't shrink or go away. Any ideas?????
