So I'm in gymnastics and we do twenty burn out (which 5 situps and 5 pushups are 1.we do that twenty times)but me and my friend kaitlyn want to get better looking before school starts.so we did 60 burnout yesterday and I already did 50 pushups and 300 situps before that.I figured out that I had done 350 pushups and 600 situps.if I do this everyday how long will it take to notice my abs a lot more?P.S.(the pushups are for bigger boobs.)
