I had a nose job exactly 3 weeks ago. What will happen to my nose if i make myself throw up after eating?

So I'm bulimic.. And I've been really scared to throw up after my surgery because i've been afraid that the pressure that goes to my face and nose area while throwin up can break my stitches in my nose or something. Now my nose is kinda healed, not completely but it's alright. Will i damage it in any way if i throw up now??
