I know a pregnant women who is bulimic, will this effect the baby? please help?

Well we have been close frieends for a while, both been through bulimia and both are pregnant. I got recovery and now weigh 135.. She hasnt and well she admited to me that even though she is two months pregnant she still throws up. She said she'll only have breakfast, take her pre-natal pill and when dinner comes, she eats it and throws up all she can! Please help!! What will happen to the baby??
