The price for Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web Premium?

I would like to buy Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium but I can't afford it. Then I found a very cheap price for version 5 at around $450 at Office Depot. Is this a right price? I wonder why this is so cheap (maybe because it is an older version?) Thank you.
